• Always ensure to use the tools after you have cleansed your face and removed your makeup.
• When using these tools, the pressure should feel comfortable, not harsh and you should never scrape across your skin. Adjust based on your preference and sensitivity.
• Place in the fridge to cool down if desired before use, or simply use at room temperature.
• When using with skincare products apply the product to your skin first and spread evenly. Then massage it in by using the tool in an upwards motion.
• When using the Gua Sha always hold the tool at a 30° angle, never flat or at 90°. Move in an upward motion from bottom to top. Focus on all desired areas and repeat 3-5 times on each area. 
• When using the Jade Roller use the different size rollers based on the area you are applying it to. Place against the skin with a light pressure and roll in an upward motion always. Focus on all desired areas and repeat 3-5 times on each area.
