- If desired you can draw the outline of your lips with a lip liner first. Alternatively just line your lips slightly with the wand applicator.
- Complete the look by filling in your lips. Wait for the formula to dry and your look is complete.
- Avoid excessive oily food for optimal results.
- Always remove POWERlips fluid from your lips before going to bed.
