With women at the heart of everything she does, hair growth solutions are deeply personal to Nica—not only as a business focus, but also as part of her own story and purpose.
Her role is rooted in vision, brand building, marketing, product development and community connection. From shaping the Monise Beauty voice and customer experience to developing new product concepts and growing the brand’s retail presence, Nica ensures that every part of Monise Beauty remains intentional, feminine, educational and deeply connected to the women it serves.
As a mother of three, Nica is passionate about showing her children that one of the greatest purposes we can fulfil in life is helping others. This belief continues to guide the way she builds Monise Beauty: with heart, intention and a deep desire to help women feel seen, supported and confident again.
Petro Scheün
Petro is the warm, practical and hands-on support system behind Monise Beauty’s day-to-day client and outlet relationships. With more than 23 years of experience in client care, business support and relationship management, she brings both knowledge and calm confidence to every partner interaction.
Solution-driven at heart, Petro works closely with retail stores, salons, clinics and stockists to ensure they feel supported, informed and confident when representing the Monise range. Her focus includes client communication, product guidance, outlet support, training assistance and relationship care—making her the perfect person to help our partners achieve success every day.
